An FBM staffer who is an Admin/Editor of the FBM Page clicks Connect, signs in with their own Facebook account (no password shared), and approves the FBM Page. We store a long-lived Page token and auto-detect the current live video. Then start the poller on the server: php api/fb-poll.php --loop.
