Terms of Service

These Terms govern your participation in FBM Game Trivia (the “Service”), an interactive trivia entertainment game broadcast on Facebook Live and operated by [Operating Entity, e.g. We Are Live / NRK Media] (“we”, “us”). By taking part, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FBM Game Trivia presents trivia questions during a Facebook Live broadcast. Viewers answer by posting a public comment with their chosen option (A, B, C, or D). Scores and a leaderboard may be shown on screen.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Participation may be void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and immediate family of the operator may be excluded from prizes.

3. How to play

• Comment the letter of your answer on the live video while a question is open;
• The first valid A/B/C/D you post for a question is the answer that counts;
• Answers posted after a question closes are not counted.

4. Prizes

Any prizes, their nature, value, and the manner of determining and awarding winners are set by the operator and announced with each game. Prizes are entertainment rewards, are non-transferable unless stated, and may be subject to verification, eligibility checks, and applicable taxes. The operator’s decisions on scoring and winners are final.

5. Fair play & acceptable use

• Do not cheat, use bots or automation, spam, or post abusive, unlawful, or offensive content;
• Do not attempt to disrupt, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the game or its systems;
• We may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or Facebook’s rules.

6. Intellectual property

“FBM”, the FBM logo, and the FBM Game Trivia branding are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

7. Not sponsored by Meta / Facebook

This game is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, you release Facebook from any responsibility connected with the game.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation, or for interruptions caused by Facebook, network, or technical issues outside our control.

9. Privacy

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the [Republic of the Philippines / your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
